French musician Zaho de Sagazan has emerged as the shining star of the 2024 Music Moves Europe (MME) Awards, which kicked off on 18 January this year, winning both the Grand Jury Prize and the Public Choice Award. The 23-year-old artist, known for her captivating performances and unique musical style, was overcome with emotion as she accepted the prestigious awards at the ceremony in Groningen, the Netherlands.
The MME Awards, organised by the European Union to spotlight emerging talent from across the region, saw 15 artists from different EU countries nominated. Zaho’s triumph brought her not only recognition and acclaim, but also substantial financial rewards, including a €10,000 prize and a €5,000 green touring voucher.

They were Bulgarian Cartrader (Bulgaria), Giift (Denmark), yunè pinku (Ireland), freekind. (Slovenia) and Ralphie Choo (Spain).
