The film “Oppenheimer” directed by Christopher Nolan won the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award in the “Best Film” category,
The film won seven awards at the 77th British Film Awards, held at the Royal Festival Hall in London. In addition to Best Picture, Oppenheimer won in the categories Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Music, Best Cinematography and Best Editing. It is noteworthy that the film was the leader in the number of nominations – in total it claimed 13 awards.
It was previously reported that Oppenheimer received 13 Oscar nominations, more than any other film. Awards include nominations for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor.
Prior to this, the film “Oppenheimer” received four Golden Globe awards.
