Unlimited: A sector curated by Gianni Jetzer, Curator-at-Large at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C., featuring 71 large-scale and ambitious works that transcend the traditional booth format, such as installations, sculptures, paintings, performances, video projections, and live art.
Parcours: A sector that invites visitors to explore the city through site-specific sculptures, interventions, and performances by renowned and emerging artists, curated by Katerina Gregos, Chief Curator of the Riga International Biennial of Contemporary Art.
Film: A sector that presents a selection of films by and about artists, curated by Maxa Zoller, Director of the International Women’s Film Festival Dortmund/Cologne, and Marian Masone, film consultant and critic.
Conversations: A sector that offers a platform for dialogue and exchange on topics related to contemporary art, featuring panel discussions, lectures, and interviews with artists, curators, collectors, and critics, moderated by Stephanie Bailey, Editor-in-Chief of Ocula Magazine.
How to Plan Your Visit to Art Basel 2024
Art Basel 2024 will take place at the Messe Basel, a modern and spacious exhibition center located in the heart of the city. The fair will be open to the public from Thursday, 19 June, to Sunday, 22 June, from 11 am to 7 pm.
